Originally from Greater Manchester, the English Rock, Pop duo formed in 2007. After appearances at 'Glastonbury' and 'T in the Park' 'The Ting Tings' exploded onto the music scene releasing pop hits such as 'That's Not My Name' which went straight to number 1 in the UK Singles Charts in 2008 and 'Shut Up And Let Me Go' which won Best UK Video in 2008 at the MTV Music Video Awards.
