The first Democrat to win back-to-back elections for 60 years, Bill Clinton is one of the most popular, enigmatic speakers on the International circuit. He was the youngest person to be elected president of the United States since John F. Kennedy, but despite his youth, Clinton entered the White House with considerable experience in executive government: he had already served for nearly twelve years as governor of Arkansas.
